Sample template. These terms describe how the Yare store works, as the app and its checkout server are built. It is not legal advice. Before publishing the app, the publisher adapts this page to their business and the laws that apply to them, and replaces the contact details with their own.
The store
Yare sells the products shown in the app. Prices are in US dollars. The checkout server prices every order from the catalogue when it is placed, and the order keeps that price.
Your account
Browsing, the cart and favourites work without an account. Placing an order needs one, with an email address and a password. Keep your password to yourself; if you forget it, reset it from the login screen.
Orders
An order is created when you tap Place Order and is paid once Stripe confirms the payment; until then My Orders shows it as Awaiting payment. You can pay an unpaid order later with Pay Now, or delete it. Paid orders cannot be deleted in the app.
An order holds at most 10 of a product and 30 items in all, and an account can have at most 3 unpaid orders at a time.
Shipping
The store delivers to addresses in the United States and Canada. Shipping is $5.99 per order, free from $50.
Payment and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are made by the store through Stripe, and a refunded order shows as Refunded in My Orders. The publisher adds its return and refund conditions here.
What these terms leave out
Warranty, liability and governing-law terms depend on the publisher's business and jurisdiction. The publisher adds them before publishing the app.
